okay, what the other people on here don't seem to understand is that this is a WAV file...already established and all over the internet and actually from a radio show to begin with...so all shockcomics can take credit for is the little drawing and the audio synching (which i must admit was very well done)...not much props can be given to this though...we should be seeing original stuff on here, not a wav file with a guy moving his mouth to it.... there's plenty of that crap on here already... so do us a favor and come up with something original could you?

alright, i'm not saying the theme is a good idea, established cartoons like simpsons and family guy have dysfunctional families, but the whole idea of VERSE is a very fresh look to the portal.. and i see two entries of yours that are verse so I have a feeling this could be your style, and its great. the graphics in this is functional, the sound is high quality except it needs to be amplified or normalized, the animation is nearly nonexistent but not really needed for the style set by it. at any rate, i definitely look forward to more works from you! good job!

i give credit to the fact that this tried to have some style to it...and the pope hanging off the back of a car is pretty funny, but there wasn't that much quality in it at all. AND its number one of the day, standing at 3.04... wonderful. Oh well, anyway there is potential but the potential is stretched very thin... its not like we haven't seen the pope made fun of on the portal before... think of something more interesting then the pope gone beserk next time... otherwise this is just another portal 'uh oh the pope is doing something he shouldn't do' works.

this has a 3.4 rating? what the hell. this is simply the tired 'uh oh! its kiddy show characters doing things they shouldn't' theme. we've had this thing twice before with the sesame street theme no less, limp cookie (horrible flash also) and big bird/kermit stoned (which was basically a cheech and chong WAV with some crap but functional graphics)... we're going to see this on the top of the weekly list and there isn't even nothing too it.

i know the newgounds team got a kick out of this when they saw it... very pleased with this myself...fun to watch, but you don't kill the lycos dog, you kill the lunatic that sings 'YAHOO!' in all those commercials...i hate tv commercials for the internet... the graphics are more than adequate,..very good actually, and the lone ranger theme is definitely a classic, animation smooth, theme humorous, and good jokes embedded into the film. great job! axe is definitely a fun flash to watch. and i never thought it was slow, unlike some other people who reviewed this... if you want slow, check out street life...ugh

it seems like we have a lot of anti-advertisement people here at newgrounds, just as we have anti-shit people... we're almost forming political parties out of the issues, 'voting' things off the island called portal because it advertises a corporation... down with the man! personally i think that its a good thing that romp has ONE item in the newgrounds list...they ARE about the flash business after all... its not like they're advertising 'services' in a site about flash, like lockwave or zthing, they're advertising flash in a site about flash (most i've seen for you to buy on romp is their t-shirts WOOOOOO, that's soooo bad)... and they're not flooding newgrounds like zthing is either...so give romp a break... they're good and they deserve something in newgrounds...and quit shitting about the whole thing.

not only can this guy not hold his alcohol, but he gets buzzed too quickly! four beers... weakling! i give this props though cuz the beers, while simply drawn, look suspiciously like rolling rock...nice... graphics are decent, but do the job nicely, so that's good...but i'm legal so i don't understand why the screen blanked out on me when the chick took the guy to go shopping....i mean, you'd think the stupid computer would understand that i'm old enough to view that stuff, but NOOOOOO.... anyway, keep it up, its good to see some interesting stuff on newgrounds since its being overflooded with 'big black nasty ho' and 'brett is gay' crap over and over again...
